1. Purpose
IHOMEINF OS Social Publishing is an internal business tool used by Shenzhen IHOME Inflatables Co., Ltd. to prepare, approve, publish, and measure company social-media content.
2. Information we process
When an authorized administrator connects a social-media account, the service may process the account identity, the Pages or organization assets selected during authorization, permissions granted, content submitted for publication, and publication results such as post identifiers, URLs, timestamps, and error messages.
3. How information is used
We use this information only to operate approved social-media publishing workflows, maintain an audit record of publishing activity, and troubleshoot connection or delivery failures. We do not sell personal information or use connected social-media data for advertising profiling.
4. Service providers and OAuth
Social-media authorization is handled through Composio and the relevant platform provider, such as LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, or TikTok. Each provider's own privacy policy and authorization controls apply. OAuth credentials are managed by the authorized connection provider. IHOMEINF OS stores approved publishing content, provider responses, and audit metadata needed to operate and review the workflow.
5. Retention and security
We retain publishing-operation records for operational, audit, and security purposes. Access is limited to authorized IHOMEINF personnel. Connected accounts may be disconnected or revoked through the applicable provider or connection service.
6. Your choices
An authorized account owner can withdraw platform access through the provider's account settings or by asking IHOMEINF to disconnect the relevant integration. Revocation stops future publishing through that connection; it does not delete content that has already been published on a social platform.
